Our Mission
Our mission is to serve the Muslim community of Sonoma County by providing a welcoming space for worship, education, and community engagement. We strive to foster unity, faith, and service while nurturing future generations to strengthen their connection to Allah and uphold the values of Islam in their daily lives.
Through programs, events, and learning opportunities, we aim to inspire our youth and community members to deepen their deen, grow in knowledge, and carry forward the beauty of our faith for years to come.
Our Story
Founded in 2015, the Islamic Society of Sonoma County has grown from a small prayer gathering to a vibrant community center serving Muslims across the North Bay. Our masjid has become more than a place of worship — it is a hub for learning, youth programs, charitable initiatives, and interfaith outreach. We remain committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and spiritually enriching environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
